- Returns Policy
We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if at anytime you aren’t, you can always return them for store credit. This applies to regular-priced items only.
All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALES with no exchanges or returns. We DO NOT offer full cash refunds on any purchase. Once an order is placed, all sales are final, including items purchased at any show. If you have any questions on our pieces, please contact us prior to ordering.
Credit and Exchange Process
To exchange an item, we must first process your return and apply store credit to your account. The FIRST STEP is to contact us via email within 7 DAYS of original ship date. Any exchange requests after this 7 day period will not be granted, no exceptions. We must approve the transaction prior to granting credit distribution. Credits will NOT be issued without buyer first contacting us for approval. We cannot guarantee stock for an exchange item. If you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged pieces from our store, please contact us within 7 days of the original shipping date. We do not accept any altered goods.

Once we receive your returned item, we will apply store credit to your account. Your store credit can then be applied to any item within our store.
Dainty Jewell’s is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of the original ship date. Dainty Jewell’s reserves the right to add a 10-20% restocking fee to any approved exchange/return that does not follow this policy.
