Dainty Jewell's strives for 100% customer satisfaction! Our vow is to provide you the best in service, price, selection and dependability.
This Bridal Return Policy does not apply to purchases made on regular priced items made outside our our bridal packages.
Special Order Merchandise:
Special order means customers can order a style in the size of their choice if the size is not available or needs altering. The designer makes the dress especially for the customer.
All sales are final for special order merchandise. Once we submit a customer order to a designer, the designer does not allow for cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. We apply the same policy of no cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds for special order purchases on our website.
Important Note about Sizing
Special order dresses are made according to Dainty Jewell's general measurements. Your normal size may vary from this size, as normal in ordering online. We strongly recommend you review the our size chart to determine the best size to order. The size chart is available with each style under size guide section of the item.
Returns for Store Credit
Dainty Jewells offers returns for online credit on purchases made through the wedding package for if the original sizes ordered do not fit as expected. This excludes Special Order Items.Returned merchandise must be unworn or unused and in perfect condition. We require authorization on all returns.
To make a return for online credit, please review the following instructions:
Please email returns@daintyjewells.com Monday – Friday within 5 days of receiving your order to request store credit. A Customer Care representative will contact you within 2 business days with the Return Authorization Number. Our representative will also provide the address to send the return.
Authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 3 business days of your receiving the Return Authorization Number. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. Dainty Jewells is not responsible for your return shipping fees.
Please have your Return Authorization Number printed clearly on the outside of the box and next to our mailing address. We will not accept any returns without the Return Authorization Number and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Upon receiving, our customer care team will inspect the return to ensure the merchandise is unworn or unused and in perfect condition with the original product tags attached. Any merchandise that appears to have been worn or used will be returned to you at your expense or donated to a local charity with no store credit issued to your Dainty Jewell's account.
Processing time for returns is 7 – 10 business days. Once processed, a Customer Service representative will contact you to confirm your online credit.
The online credit will be in the amount of your merchandise purchase and sales tax if applicable. Shipping and insurance fees are non-creditable.
