We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-person to join our team! This role will provide assistance to customers through a variety of channels including: phone, email, website chat and social media. Previous customer service experience is not required but preferred.
Overview of duties and responsibilities:
-Learn the Dainty Jewell's brand, mission and policies inside and out - this position will be a frontline representation of our brand!
-Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to respond to questions, concerns and feedback
-Respond to customers in a timely fashion - we pride ourselves on quick and exceptional customer care!
-Be a team player - be willing to work with and assist teammates as needed. Our team is tightknit and supports one another daily.
-Perform other roles and responsibilities in the company as needed. Flexibility and the ability to learn is essential!
Qualifications:
-Reliable computer and access to internet
-Minimum of part-time (20 hours/week) Monday-Friday
- Strong communication and active listening skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude
-Ability to multitask daily
