By creating an account with us, you will receive updates regarding your order status, create returns, view rewards and you will be able to manage your address book. After you create an account with us, you will be automatically enrolled in our customer loyalty program and will earn 150 Jewell points.
All coupon codes must be used separately and cannot be combined with any other. Coupon codes are invalid and cannot be applied to orders made before or after the discount was offered. No other offers can be combined with Jewell points coupons. Coupon codes cannot be manually applied to orders that have already been completed.
Yes, returns (in original conditions and unworn) will automatically sync back into our inventory. So if an item you are wanting is sold out, make sure to check back in case someone returned one.

Pre-order means you reserve whatever you need in advance before the item(s) sell out. Please note that pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment until or after the approximate quoted date (listed under the product listings). Because approximate dates are not guaranteed, they are subject to change at any time without notice. Please note that if you place an order with both Pre-order and In stock items your full order will not ship until all Pre-order items are in stock. If you want your order to ship sooner, please place separate orders.

Yes. Our system updates our inventory after each order is placed; however the item may still show available in the drop down menu. If you are not able to checkout, we recommend you refresh your web browser. Otherwise, if you are never able to checkout, it’s likely the item you desire is now sold.
Yes, we restock our products, but not all. We restock very limited styles; however you will have to email a member of our sales team to find out if the item you want is on our restock list.
Your coupon code can be entered at checkout in the coupon code box located at the bottom right of the shopping cart page. Please remember that we cannot apply coupon codes for you after your order has been made.

Jewell's Reward Program
Jewell points are reward points that you can earn through our Customer Loyalty Program which is an awesome way to put money back in your pocket when you shop with us. Our system limits us to only one discount code per order. Please choose which code you would like to use on your order. May we suggest using the code that gives the best discount? =)
We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if for some reason you aren’t, you can always return regular priced items for a refund to your original method of payment or store credit that never expires. Anything purchased on our Last Chance pages, Non Profit website, has a slash through the price or part of our Promotional Sales are final sale, no returns for exchanges, store credits or refunds - no exceptions. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
HERE ARE THE OPTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ELIGIBLE ITEM(S):
If you have a Dainty Jewell's account and wish to start a returns, please click here to submit a return request through the order section of your account. Once your request is approved, use the prepaid return label enclosed with your order and mail the package back. Please note: Depending on your location, returned items using our prepaid return label can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to our warehouse. For an update on your return status, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a rapid response.
**Once a return has been processed, you will receive an email from our system that your order status has been updated with details of your refund or store credit. Please check your spam/ junk mail folder if you do not receive and email within 13 business days.
-Option 1: Receive a store credit for the full price of your returned item(s) or exchange. Store credit will be issued to your Dainty Jewell's account and will be available immediately after we process your return. The return label shipping cost is FREE with this option.
We do not do even exchanges. All exchanges will receive a store credit so you may reorder the desired item.
-Option 2: Receive a refund to your original payment method for your order, minus $12.00 for the cost of the prepaid shipping label for one item. Additional costs ($4 per ea. item added to same box/package) will be deducted for more than one item.
-Option 3: Receive a refund/store credit for your order and pay the carrier of your choice retail shipping rate to ship your return to 3009 Blue Mountain Drive, La Grande, OR 97850.
- If you do not have an account, your RETURN SLIP will provided an area to add a message to us with how you wish for us to proceed with the return your non sale items.
-If no note is added to THE RETURN SLIP with how you want us to proceed, store credit will automatically be issued for your eligible returned item(s) that cannot be reversed.
- We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
- Return Labels are available only for domestic USA orders.
- All returns are processed through a rigorous checkpoint system
- All "Last Chance, Clearance, Final Sale items, has a slash through the price" are final sale, - no exceptions. If returned, there will be a substantial delay and you will be contacted to have the option to pay for the return shipping of the item back to you, or we can donate the items to a local charity with no refund, exchange or store credit issued.
- We do not accept any altered goods.
- All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal/human hair and etc. in order to receive a refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s). Items returned that do not fall in compliance with our return policy will be rejected and will not be refunded or issued a store credit. You will be contacted via email within 5 business days of the returns rejection.
- You may initiate a return within 15 days of order arrival date (Based on tracking information), any APPROVED return passed 15 days is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total value of return item. Items returned that are not approved past the 15 days will incur a substantial delay and you will be contacted to have the option to pay for the return shipping of the item back to you, or we can donate the items to a local charity with no refund, exchange or store credit issued.
- PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items or if you are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of day of arrival.
- Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned as long as the terms and conditions of the sale allow for the item to be returned and will be credited/refunded. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded or store credited.
- Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. If you choose not to receive the item back, it will be donated to a local charity of our choice with no refund or store credit granted.
- The return processing time may take up to 7 business days once received at our warehouse.
- All shipping costs paid are a third party charge that cannot be refunded at anytime.
- Returns for store credits and refunds will affect your overall threshold of your current tier level if you have a DaintyJewell's customer account.
To expedite your return, please create a return by going to your customer account, view the orders tab, and select "Return Item's". The buyer is is encouraged to create a pre-paid returns label through our discounted rates. Returns will not be issued until Dainty Jewell’s has processed and completed your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and sorting; You will get an email notification when this process is completed. Keep in mind not all returns will be approved. Any items washed, heavily scented, worn, pilling and/or not in original packaging cannot be returned and will automatically be rejected or manually processed with a processing fee of up to 20% of the dress value.

Factory mislabeling is very rare. To verify that your item has been mislabeled, we must have your item in hand in order to investigate and measure the item accordingly to our product specifications. Please alert our returns department within the time frame mentioned in our return policy and send your item back to us. Please allow 10 business days for processing. If your item has been indeed a factory mislabel (we determine this by exact measurements of the item according to our product specifications) we will happily replace the item and ship it to you.
We do not deem an item mislabeled based simply on a customer opinion. We do rigorous inspection for such returns. All mislabeled items are reported back to our factory to prevent further mislabeling.
As long as it falls within our return time frame and specifications according to our return policy for special promotions, yes you can. However, if the item description states "ALL SALES FINAL," you are unable to return it as it was marked down final sale. Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, all items in the Last Chance section are not eligible for store credits, size exchange or refunds. All Sales Final.
It is essential to open and look at your items as soon as you receive them. We thoroughly inspect our products for quality assurance and it is very rare to receive a damaged item; however, if you feel you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package if there is a concern with your item/ package.

Our items are available to ship within 1-2 business days unless marked "Pre-order." Shipping can take from 3 business days up to two weeks depending on what shipping zone you are in. All orders are shipped via USPS, or FEDEX mail and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore the customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Dainty Jewell’s is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to Dainty Jewell’s due to invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address. *We are not able to deliver to PO BOXES.
Customer will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as order has been shipped. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current info.
Please be aware that Dainty Jewell’s is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the shipping service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.

We do ship internationally. You can checkout as normal on our website. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for those extra charges. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

If an order is returned to Dainty Jewell’s due to invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer, customer will be responsible and must pay for re-shipping fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address. If the customer refuses to pay the additional shipping costs within 7 days, the order will be processed as a regular return and an email will be sent to customer with information.
We can only send gift certificates electronically. To have the Gift Certificate emailed to you instead of the recipient, please enter your email address as the recipient email address. This is a great way to have access to print the gift certificate. We recommend that you order your gift certificate as a single item in a separate purchase from any other items you wish to purchase.
