Return Policy
We always strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return unworn, regular-priced items for a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit that never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional Sales: All promotional sales are final. No returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
- Gift Certificates: Non-refundable.
- Please note that all coats are final sale, however if you need to exchange for another size, you can request a return per our normal policy and return for store credit to order another size. Coats are not eligible for a refund of original payment method.
- Layering Shorts: For hygiene reasons, our layering shorts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Step 1 – Every return must first initiate a Return Request through our Return Portal (found at daintyjewells.com under Account/Orders).
Step 2 – Click Return Items next to the order you would like to request a return for.
Step 3 – Our team will then authorize or deny your Request; you will be notified via email or you can check the status of your Request under Account/Orders. Within 1 business day, you will be notified if your Return Request is approved or denied.
Step 4 – You must have authorization from our team to return an item before mailing it back to us.
Items that do not have authorization for return, that are mailed back to Dainty Jewell’s, will not be accepted – no exceptions. Such items can be mailed back to the customer at their expense. Our team will reach out with more details should this event occur. You must initiate the return process AND have your return items dropped off with your local mail carrier for transit within 15 days of initial order delivery. Returns mailed after the 15 day return window, will not be accepted.
Additional Notes:
-All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal hair in order to receive refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s).
-We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item. We do not offer direct exchanges for items. However we can provide you with store credit once the item has been returned to us. You can then place a new order for a different size or style.
-We do not accept any altered goods.
PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items or if you are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of day of arrival.
Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. If you choose not to receive the item back, it will be donated to a local charity of our choice with no refund or store credit granted.
The return process may take up to 7 business days once received at our warehouse.
HERE ARE THE OPTIONS ON RETURNING YOUR ITEM:
Option 1: Receive a store credit for the full price of your return. Store credit will be issued to your Dainty Jewell's account and will be available immediately after we process your return.
Option 2: Receive a refund to your original payment method for your order, minus $14.95 for the cost of the prepaid shipping label.
Option 3: Receive a refund for your order and pay the carrier of your choice retail shipping rate to ship your return to 3009 Blue Mountain Drive, La Grande, OR 97850.
*If you desire to use a prepaid mailing label, you must request one via info@daintyjewells.com after your return has been authorized. A label will be emailed to you to print.
For Store Account Holders
- Submit a return request through your store account.
- Fill out the return slip on the indicated lines
- This will not affect your rewards tier level unless you are returning for a refund of original payment method vs. store credit.
For Non-Account Holders
- Please create an account here - it only takes a minute!
- After creating your account, please email us at info@daintyjewells.com with the order # for the item(s) you'd like to return and the email address linked to you new store account. We can then attach the order to your account so you can submit a request through our online portal and complete the return process.

- All shipping costs paid are non-refundable
