Return Policy
We always strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return regular-priced items for a refund to our original payment method or opt for store credit that never expires.
Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional Sales: All promotional sales are final. No returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be accepted for these items.
- Gift Certificates: Non-refundable.
- Layering Shorts: For hygiene reasons, our layering shorts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Timing: Initiate the return process and have your return in transit within 15 days of order arrival. Orders after 15 days will not be accepted.
- Check Return Eligibility: Your order summary will indicate if an item is a final sale. If you have any questions, please contact us!
Missing Return Slip/Label: If a return slip/label is not included in your package, reach out to us to get a new one.
For Jewell Point Account Holder
- Submit a return request through your store account.
- Fill out the return slip on the indicated lines
- This will not affect your rewards tier level unless you are returning for a refund of original payment method vs. store credit.
For Non-Account Holders
Fully fill out the return slip included in your order package or contact us.
Return Options (Please select one)
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for the purchase price of the item(s), along with a free return label. No exchanges/ straight exchanges.
- Credit/Debit or Cash Refund: Get a refund of original payment method with a free return label, minus a processing fee of $13.50 for 1 item and an additional $4 for each additional item within the same packaging. You may also use your preferred carrier to return your items. Simply let us know if you want a refund of original payment method or store credit on your packing slip that doubles as a return slip. However please note, credit/debit and cash refunds are not available if the purchase was made with store credit.
Acceptance of Returned Items
All returns must be in new condition with all original tags attached. Restock fees will apply if items do not meet the return policy requirements (e.g., past the time frame, sale item, excess hair, pet hair, smells, etc.).
Important Notes
- Return labels are for domestic USA orders only.
- We cannot guarantee items will be in stock for returned items when looking to reorder once store credit has been issued.
- Return processing may take up to 7 business days.
- All shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
