Meet the Author

We recently released our first devotional book - a compilation of blog articles written by members of our Dainty Jewells community over the last several years. We are delighted to have this encouraging resource for Christian women everywhere. Written for ladies of any age or stage of life, She's Intentional: Daily Devotions is a faith-building book that will challenge the Christian lady's walk.

With over 25 contributing authors, we are able to cover a wide range of topics in this devotional. Today, we are featuring one of those authors, Ashton Dorow! Ashton contributed several articles on Life, Leaning on Jesus, and God's Goodness. Some of her titles include, "The God Who Sees", "The Point of the Process", and "No Story but Your Own" (the very first article in the book!).

About Ashton:

Ashton Dorow is the author of the Royals of Acuniel, a series of Biblical retellings set in the medieval era, as well as two Biblical fiction short stories. As a lifelong book lover, she is passionate about the power of the written word, and her greatest desire for her writing is that it would point readers back to the ultimate author - Jesus. She currently resides in Conroe, TX with her real life "Prince Charming", where they attend Abundant Life Church and serve in various ministries there. When not writing or at a church event, she can most often be found spending time with her family, reading another book from her never ending "to-read" pile, or drinking copious amounts of chai tea.
