Foundation Update: Van Purchase

August 10, 2022 · by Anyssa Hessler

We just checked off a huge giving goal! As you may have heard, last quarter we launched the Dainty Jewell’s Foundation, and our giving focus was Home Missions. We were blown away by the response received! Our #DaintyJewellsFamily never ceases to amaze us! We were able to send boxes of dresses to several churches, but our most notable donation was a church van for a church in Salem, Oregon.

We set a budget and a timeline and everything just fell into place so perfectly; it’s amazing how God works that way! Because of the generous donations and foundation collection purchases made, we were able to purchase a 15-passenger van and deliver it completely debt-free. How exciting is that? The van has already been used to transport church members and visitors this past Sunday! We are so thrilled to see it put to good use for many years to come!

What a wonderful first quarter, and we are ready to keep the momentum going! This quarter we are focusing on Global Missions. We want to send dresses and donations across the globe. We are already compiling a list of missionary contacts who are in need, but we need your help. If you are a global missionary or know of one who could benefit from our foundation, please visit our website to find our assistance application. We want to help as many needs as possible!

We also need your support. Donations of any amount can be made at daintyjewellsfoundation.org or you can shop our foundation collection where 100% of the proceeds will fund our give back projects. Our collection features classic Dainty Jewell’s styles for women and girls; it’s the same quality you know and love for a fraction of the price! You can also help us by sharing our social media pages (Instagram and Facebook) and encourages others to follow along and support the cause as well.

Stay tuned for more giving updates – we’re just getting started!
