In three days there will be a wedding!

A wedding of two beautiful, godly young people. A couple who found love unexpectedly but in God’s perfect timing — and today we are honored to share their engagement photos and a short synopsis of their love story.

Kristen and Nick met when he went to Fort Worth, Texas to help with the Spanish Ministry at Kristen’s church. She never thought she would end up marrying a preacher, much less a bilingual one.

But Nick swept Kristen off her feet and when he proposed in London, England, she said yes!

Kristen says,

I could not ask for anyone more thoughtful, loving or kingdom-minded. He is constantly putting me before himself, and showing me how much he cares about me. We are so compatible that I can only think that God had this planned out for us from the beginning.

We are so excited to be getting married this Saturday and look forward to being used by God in whatever way he has planned for us.”

Each of these images portray so much of their respective personalities as well as their deep love for each other. We love how classically elegant their dark outfits contrast against the neutral colored architecture of the Gaylord Texan Resort. Kristen’s black circle skirt and pointed-toe stilettos are the perfect engagement session outfit choice: timeless and classic to help keep the focus on the couple.

Nick’s navy blue jacket and pants keep that same classic element as Kristen’s outfit choice, but stands out on its own without blending in like a black suit would have against her all-black outfit.
