I remember a few years ago when mixing prints came into style I was thinking, No way! Who would do that?!
Then I decided to try it one day, and the more I mixed, the more I loved. Polka-dots, stripes, leopard, plaid . . . I mixed it all!
Like all fashion trends, I noticed this trend started to fade and become less popular, but every now and then I still like to mix a few prints together. This past Sunday morning I paired a camel-colored blazer with a black-and-white polka-dot blouse, green pleated skirt, and leopard heels. Solid green and leopard print are always a favorite match of mine!
My polka-dot blouse was purchased from XXI, but here is similar one from Dainty Jewell’s that I think would also work for this look: https://daintyjewells.com/basic-layering-top/
Pleated skirt was purchased from Dillard’s, but I linked another item from Dainty Jewell’s that you could use for the skirt to make this outfit: https://daintyjewells.com/dainty-jewells-original-pencil-skirt-15-colors/
Anyone else out there obsessed with leopard as much as I am? But for me, it’s only leopard-print shoes.
I think they are a great staple piece for your closet and can pretty much go with any outfit!
And this is usually my go-to Sunday AM hairdo! Nice and easy, just what I like!
The final look: clean and classy!
