Everyone loves that one piece in their wardrobe they can dress up or down, and that’s how I feel about the Pocketful of Poppies Dress! I’ve been waiting to shoot this piece for a little while now, but I didn’t want to style it dressy, and I wasn’t sure how to style it casual. When getting ready, I noticed my new mules were fairly close to the Poppy dress and matched perfectly.
I was thinking, “YES, I have an idea!” As always when styling a fairly dressy piece I wanted to make a little casual, I chose my jean jacket, which I’ve featured in a previous post.
I purchased my jean jacket from XXI some time ago, but they’re very trendy right now and can be found almost anywhere. My mules and bag are from Target.
I am 5’5″ and wearing a medium in this dress.
