Exciting news: the first day of spring is this Friday, March 20th!

This is the beginning of a joyous season with a rebirth of flowers blooming, birds singing, Easter lilies, floppy hats and darling sundresses, and splendid weather. So, what better way to get a jump-start into this enchanting season than to adorn your home with these exciting new and creative ideas!

With the approach of the new season, let your guests know they are welcomed in your home from the moment they knock on the front door. Incorporating a  wreath to the entryway of your home will instantly make it more cheerful. Also, that’s where they will get their first impression of an enlivened home while they wait for their entrance. You can personalize your wreath by adding the initial of your last name or by easily attaching a cheerful welcome sign! I personally love the pink flowers along with the burlap bow — together it brings a pleasant and festive appearance.

I simply adore this darling theme for Easter — the white arrangements with the soft pink flowers have such a tranquil look. I have noticed a recent trend of colorful or white animal statues becoming decoration pieces. These little bunny figures can be found at many thrift stores that are typically a brown dull color. You can give it an inexpensive, makeover by spray painting it the color of your choice. Also, if you decide to garnish the house with festive Easter decor, hanging “Happy Easter” eggs on the tiny rose petal tree branches would be a charming touch.  What I love about this assortment is how neutral it is, and that most of it can still be used after the holiday!

I have a slight obsession with colorful bird cages, bird décor, and mainly anything that’s vintage inspired. I especially relish this remarkably innovative mantel because of its artistic and whimsical appeal. Just looking at it kindles a great deal of inspiration for me, because it is the perfect depiction of my ideal spring home décor.  In fact, many of the ornaments in this photo can be some simple DIY projects. All you would have to do is find a burlap banner at a craft store and some old book pages for the flowers hanging above the “NEST” banner. This enthralling décor can evoke a fun and cheerful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

As spring is slowly making its appearance, I’m making a point to have a simple reminder of Easter displayed in my home this year. Among all the fabulous decor of cute bunnies, birds, tulips, and so forth, I also relish seeing the imperative reminders in my home of why humanity is able to admire the change of seasons: It is because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and His incorruptible, unfailing love for all of mankind.  For that, I am eternally grateful and take  delight in displaying His Word throughout my home. A lovely scripture wall sign can easily be accompanied by adding pops of color with tulips or daisies!

I’m sure we are all aware some Easter centerpieces and adornments have become a little outdated, which is why this adorable, yet simple, arrangement is a perfect replacement option! It would be an easy task to accomplish and budget-friendly! This would be the perfect centerpiece to incorporate as decor for the kitchen table. Furthermore, once Easter is over — you can still array these beauties with other complimentary décor to showcase.  I have just found some artificial pink flowers such as these to garnish my room with that has created such a rich and cheerful appearance.

I hope these spring décor ideas have inspired you to create some refreshing, new designs to incorporate into your homes this season!
