Cheesecake | 4th of July Edition

June 28, 2021 · by Lally Acedo

If you are anything like me, you're often in a rush and don't have the time to fully prepare a dish or dessert from scratch. I love when I can turn something store bought into something amazing that makes me feel like I made it from scratch all I have to do is add my own touch. If you're having people over this 4th of July or are going somewhere and want to bring something special, here is a great idea! It doesn't have to be perfect only done with love.

Here is what you'll need:

-Storebought Cheesecake / Mine is from Costco.

-Cake Stand

-Small knife

-Small spatula

-Fresh Strawberries

-Fresh Blueberries

With the paring knife, gently remove the whipped cream around the cheesecake, and using the spatula, spread it around the sides.

Make sure your cake is cold so the cream stays.

After washing all berries, slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and place them on top facing up. Once the cake is all covered add the blueberries.

AND YOU ARE ALL DONE. Easy right? I hope you give this a try and ENJOY!
