Easy Appetizers

November 22, 2021 · by Lally Acedo

Are you hosting a party this holiday season or attending a potluck? I've got a couple of enjoyable, easy, and budget-friendly starters for you.

First up is this fall salad in mini cups that your guests can enjoy with a balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of your choice.

YOU WILL NEED: 1 16oz mixed greens box, feta cheese crumbled, 1lb grapes sliced in half and 2 cups of dry cranberries.

The mini cups and forks can be found at Hobby Lobby, Amazon or even Walmart. They come in a pack of 40-50 for less than $15. The 16 oz salad box will make 40-50 mini cups.

If you don't have a tier platter or stand use 2-3 cake stands to layer and create a beautiful presentation like I did, no one will ever know!

Next up, these exquisite Caprese Skewers that are to die for!

YOU WILL NEED: mozzarella cheese balls, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and, to switch it up, we are going to add some salami. Drizzle balsamic glaze before serving, and, I promise, they are going to be a hit!

Skewers are from also from Amazon or you can find them at Hobby Lobby. They're around $9 for 100 skewers.

All ingredients can be found at your local grocery store, and 50 of these appetizers will approximately cost $20-$25 to make.

I hope you enjoy these easy appetizer ideas! If you try them, be sure to tag us on social media, @daintyjewellsblog.
