Elegant Breakfast Pastry

June 23, 2015

Breakfast is known as the most important meal of the day. However, many people do not have the time — or the inclination! — to prepare a large, home-cooked breakfast each morning. Especially those of us who are not exactly morning people!

I often find myself reaching for the box of Captain Crunch or a granola bar on my more tired days. But, when possible, it is lovely to fix a good breakfast or brunch! In my family, we have one recipe in particular that we love to fix at breakfast-time; we love to serve it on special mornings or when we have guests in our home. It is so tasty, pretty, and easy! It is wonderful paired with a nice mixed fruit salad. Enjoy!
