These cookies are some of my very favorites, and they are literally SO easy, with only four ingredients required! They are the perfect dessert to throw together in a hurry for a party, bake sale, or just because!
Ingredients:
- Lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz container of whipped dessert topping
- Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together cake mix, egg, and whipped topping. The mixture will be very sticky!
Scoop out dough with a small cookie scoop and gently roll it into a ball before coating the dough in powdered sugar.
Place the dough balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, about two inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until just set and the tops look crackle-y. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack and ENJOY!
PS: while lemon is my favorite flavor to use for these cookies, you can make this recipe with any cake mix! Strawberry, chocolate, funfetti–-so many possibilities!
