As soon as fall begins, I start blending my favorite seasonings that will complement my fall dishes. This rosemary salt is a great addition to my homemade spice blend collection.
In a small jar combine equal parts of your favorite salt and dry rosemary.
3 Tbsp salt, 3 Tbsp Dry rosemary
Shake well, and there you have it. It will take just a couple of minutes.
I love this blend for turkey, chicken, steaks and also for butter. Mix one stick of room temperature butter with 1 Tbsp of this rosemary salt and you'll have a delicious rosemary butter.
FOR THE SECOND BLEND:
Combine equal parts of salt, black pepper, garlic powder and dry thyme. (1 Tbsp of each)
Mix well and pair it with chicken, vegetables, or fish. My favorite vegetable to use this with is crispy potatoes. You gotta try it; they're insanely delicious!
You can store these blends in a jar or baggies for months! Hope you enjoy!
