Animal prints are my favorite. Leopard, to be exact. I think the reason I like it so much is because it is so versatile. There are endless ways to style it! However, I am aware that too much of it can make an outfit seem like a gaudy attempt at safari style, so I force myself to use it in moderation.
If you are an animal print lover like me, let me tell you about some wonderful Dainty Jewell’s pieces that you may not be aware of: That Leopard Dress,Dainty Jewell’s Original Layering Dress, Dainty Jewell’s Original Layering Top, and my new favorite, Dainty Jewell’s Original Pencil Skirt.
When I spotted this pencil skirt from the Dainty Jewell’s 2015 Spring collection, I knew I had to have it! I love pairing leopard with bold colors, so I paired the skirt with the blue Aliza Wrap that is available through the boutique section of the website. Let me tell you, you need one (or two, or three) of these pencil skirts! It comes in a plethora of colors and prints. I want one in every color. The skirt is a great modest length, even for us taller ladies, and on top of everything else, comfortable. Another great thing about this skirt is that it can easily be dressed up or down for church, work, or more casual attire. It has become one of my favorite skirts!
I would like to encourage you all to have some fun styling your animal-print pieces. Here are a few ideas that I found to be inspiring:
Downtown Demure // Check out the simple, yet elegant way that Liz styled Dainty Jewell’s own piece That Leopard Dress.
Cool Spotters // Olivia Palermo definitely went out of the box with this look, but I think it looks lovely.
